Check the logs page to see whether your requests reached our server. If there are request records, contact support; if not, check your local network and make sure your proxy (VPN) is still working.
A proxy is required to visit this website, but the Agent API can be accessed directly without one.
It usually means the group is misconfigured, so requests are routed to the wrong client. Check that your API Key's group matches the client you are using, then retry.
If the failing request URL is http://127.0.0.1:15721/v1/responses, a previously installed Codex app is still applying its local config. Delete auth.json and config.toml in the .codex folder under your user directory (~/.codex), then restart and switch the configuration in ccswitch again to make it take effect.
