Our Usage Policy (also referred to as the “Acceptable Use Policy” or “AUP”) applies to anyone who can submit input to RelaxyCode’s products and/or services, including through any authorized resellers or pass-through access. We refer to all such individuals as “Users.” The Usage Policy is designed to help our users stay safe and promote the responsible use of our products and services.

Certain use cases pose a higher risk of harm due to their impact on areas critical to public welfare and social equity. For these use cases, given the potential risks to individuals and consumers, we believe relevant human expertise should be integrated, and end users should be aware of when AI is involved in producing outputs.

In addition to the General Usage Policy, we set forth the following additional agreement provisions pertaining to our business operations:
Users must comply with all applicable national laws and regulations while using the site’s services, and must not engage in any potentially illegal conduct. Users must not submit questions on the site involving pornography, violence, or any content that does not conform to national values.
Users agree not to take any action to attack or attempt to attack this site by any means, including but not limited to the use of scripting tools, hacking tools, or reverse engineering techniques.
Users must not engage in excessive resource consumption on shared nodes and other public resources of the site, including but not limited to large volumes of meaningless requests, malicious API calls, etc.
All resources generated by users on this site, such as questions, replies, and user data, are considered assets of this site. This site reserves all rights of interpretation and disposition.
This site reserves the right to take action against resources obtained through violations, including but not limited to deleting resources, suspending users, etc. Users may not request refunds on this basis. For example, for the RelaxyCode Education channel, users must not forge university student educational email identities or purchase educational email addresses to obtain resources. If we discover suspected violations, we reserve the right to require users to provide relevant supporting documentation. If the user is unable to provide such documentation, we reserve the right to delete user data without issuing a refund.
Users agree to bear all losses caused to the site or any third party as a result of violating this agreement, including but not limited to compensation, litigation costs, and attorney’s fees.
